Gary Handley
Chairman

Since 1998, Mr. Handley has provided management, funding, and advisory services, specializing in junior clients – building an extensive network of gratified clients and trusted associates. He has thirty five years of management experience in the financial services sector in Canada.

From 1983 – 1995 he was founder and Director of Securities Dealer for First Canada Securities International and Wholesale Clearing Company, Meridian Securities International, both of which were sold in 1995 to Canada Trust Company.

Gordon Sklenka
President & CEO

With over twenty years’ experience in corporate finance, investment banking and public company management, Mr. Sklenka has worked with a number of both public and private companies in Australia and Canada. Over that time he has developed extensive experience and a deep knowledge of company formation, financing, and project acquisition.

In the past he has served as a board member for a number of junior companies, and is currently the director of a mid-tier gold producer in Australia.

Charles Ryan
Vice-President

Mr. Ryan’s experience spans across more than fifteen years, and includes investment banking, corporate finance, and analysis & funds management in Australia, Canada and the United Kingdom. This has led to the cultivation of wide-ranging knowhow in the structuring and financing of small to medium resources companies.

He most recently served as Investment Manager of a boutique investment fund, managing upwards of $200 million.

Wafae Ben Bouazza
Vice-President of Operations

Miss Benbouazza is a capital markets professional with experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and corporate finance. She has worked in various sectors including resources, technology and real estate development.

Her educational background is in international business and economics with a focus on public listings and development economics. She is fluent in French, English & Spanish. Miss Benbouazza currently serves as corporate secretary to both public and private companies.

Michael Kraemer
Chief Advisor (FinTech & Technology)

Mr. Kraemer is a business and technology executive with more than twenty-five years of building and managing companies in the global financial services sector – across a broad and diverse range of industries. Mr. Kraemer began his career in data analytics, developing new business for IBM Canada and TD Canada Trust.

Mr. Kraemer holds and has held several public and private directorships and he has advised and helped build several successful companies in multiple jurisdictions.

Kyler Hardy
Advisor

A seasoned and successful entrepreneur, Mr. Hardy is a founder and former CEO of a large geosciences and logistics management business specializing in the exploration and development of projects in remote areas. He has been involved in mineral exploration and agri-businesses internationally and across Canada for fifteen years.

As former Managing Director of TSX-V listed Equitas Resources Ltd., he is known for his proficiency in project generation, management, logistics, raising capital, corporate development and developing alliances with strategic partnerships.
